Left at 6.45 in the dark had a climb of 1150m 3k of 6%climb very tiring on poor old Pebbles. We are camped near the village of Villamorico 13k from Burgos.

We have decided to spend the night in Burgos at one of the Pilgrim hostels it is in the middle of a park so plenty of space for Pebbles!

Left Carrion de los Condes at 6.30 in the dark the stars were beautiful very clear without the light polution met up with several other pilgrims' one Spanish pilgrim walked a little way with us until we started to trot! We stopped in Terradillos de los Templarios for lunch by the time we reached Sahagun it really was to hot to continue.

We spent the night in Hospital de Orbigo in a lovely pilgrim shelter where we were able to camp and space for Pebbles in the fruit orchard.
